I have been struggling with anxiety for several years now, and turned to weed as a form of relief.
This stemmed from stress at school, as well as the problems in my personal life.
I have been on and off cannabis, but can’t seem to find a balance. Either I am fully addicted or I can’t smoke at all.
I have found comfort in smoking and don’t want to give it up.
Does anyone have tips on how to manage my consumption?
honestly, I have found that the motivations behind my decision of reducing or stopping are the key. I usually put my motivations (e.g. reduce my anxiety, be more productive) on a board in my room and every time I want to smoke I look at them, it helps me. It’s not magical… I mean, sometimes I still smoke fro time to time, but it helps me stay in the right path imo
